GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
1.Category of articles
Articles on finance, marketing, operations, strategy, human resources, economics and associated fields,Interviews
2.Structure of article
Word limit: Minimum 800 words, and not exceeding 2000 words
Abstract: Minimum 4 to 5 lines or 70 words.Each article must be accompanied by an abstract.
Key words: Functions and/or Industry and any other
Exhibits: Maximum of 5.
All exhibits should be editable in Word 2007. No Pictures as far as possible
Exhibits should be in maroon, green, black or white colours.
References:
a. References must be in end note style.
b. No references to Wikipedia/Investopedia.
c. Direct copy pastes should be in quotes (Only quotes from sources of repute allowed)
Acknowledgement: Maximum 7-8 lines.You may thank faculty, colleagues, and whoever else has contributed to this article.
3.Interview proposal
Authors to first submit an Interview Proposal of about 250 words with the following details: A brief introduction explaining the context of the interview, the person being interviewed and reason why the person is appropriate for the interview, and what the focus of the interview will be.
All the other guidelines for articles will apply to the interview as well.
4. Submission Details
The article should be sent as an e-mail attachment to tejas@iimb.ernet.in.
Along with the article, authors should send an email confirmation of the following:
a.That the article is the original work of the author(s)
b.That it has not been published earlier and has not been sent for publication elsewhere.
5.Terms
tejas@iimb grants automatic permission to authors for using the submitted material in any books or other publications/conferences as they may desire.The editorial team reserves the right to accept or refuse an article for publication, and they are under no obligation to assign reasons for their decision.Neither the IIMB Management review nor tejas@iimb accepts any responsibility for the views expressed or material used by the authors in their articles.
